Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unused beauty products back in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals and components are intact.

• 3.
  Apply the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
